My Role
As a UI/UX intern at Vida powered by Hero MotoCorp, I utilized user research to uncover pain points, designed updated screens, suggested improvements, and worked closely with stakeholders to secure approvals. My responsibilities centered on crafting seamless user experiences while maintaining alignment with business goals and adhering to design standards.

Challange
An application with too much visual clutter and difficult navigation causing a high drop–off rate among customers.
Overview
The project centered on revamping the "MY VIDA APP" to improve its UI/UX design. Addressed issues from the first version of the app, such as usability problems etc., and contributed to user research, wireframing, visual design, and testing. This effort aimed to enhance the app's overall functionality and user experience.
