My Role

My role involved leading user research initiatives and ensuring a user-centered approach throughout the project. I conducted user interviews, surveys, and usability tests to gather insights into user needs, pain points, and preferences. I was responsible for journey mapping and creating user personas to better empathize with diverse user groups and align the design strategy with their expectations.

Approach

Using a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing, we gathered insights on user preferences, engagement habits, and challenges faced on similar platforms. Journey mapping and persona creation helped us better empathize with users, identifying key touchpoints and features essential to their experience.

Challange

During the research phase for the Pick Lime project, we encountered several significant challenges. Catering to the diverse user base was complex, as users came with unique health goals, dietary preferences, and fitness levels, necessitating a platform that balanced flexibility and simplicity.
